
Normangee Elementary is hosting a free Summer Jump Start Academy for students entering grades 1st - 5th on July 19th - July 22 from 8-11 daily. Students will focus on skills and topics to prepare them to help start the school year off with confidence.

There is a site change for Pouncer’s Magic School Bus.
It will be at the Old Fire Station from 9 am to 11 am.

Pouncer's Magic School Bus will be at Hilltop Lakes Lodge on Wednesday, June 30th from 9 am - 11 am. There will be learning based games and activities along with our mobile library.


Individual student STAAR testing results are now available to parents through the TEA Texas Assessment portal. We will mail results home shortly after being received by the district.

These students earned $10 book fair money and a pizza party!

Join us this Wednesday morning from 9 am - 11 am for fun, games, and a a good book from the mobile library.




Avoid the "summer slide"! Have your child read at least 20 minutes a day to prevent the loss of reading skills over the summer. If your child forgot their AR number and hasn't been able to take a test reach out to me to get the information they need.
