Weekly At-Home Learning Opportunities

The links below provide learning activities that can be completed at home by students during the closure.  This is where it is going to take a TEAM EFFORT.  Our teachers have made themselves available through several different communication channels.  We are committed to ensuring the learning doesn’t stop here at Normangee ISD!  Remember to snap a picture of your student working and email your teachers or tag us on Facebook with #pantherslearning

  • You are in need of a reliable device to access digital resources (Chromebook, laptop or tablet)

  • You or your child are unable to pick up packets from the school

Each week we will upload new learning activities to our website on Friday afternoon and will have paper packets ready for pickup or distribution on Monday morning.

Parents, in the midst of all of the happenings around us, take the time to appreciate the front row seat you have to your child's learning.  If there are stressors or concerns in your life, escape them by diving into this opportunity to watch your child's curiosity and learning occur right in front of you!  As teachers, we can tell you that when you witness the "lightbulb" moment that a child experiences after they've felt stuck or lost, it is unforgettable!   It is the moment that set the hook in many of us as teachers to pursue this career and we couldn't be happier for the opportunity that both of us now have to experience it together.
