Public Comments at board meetings will be conducted in accordance with Board Policy BE and BED Local.

The deadline to sign up for public comment is 9:00 AM on the date of the board meeting.

Public Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker and will occur at the beginning of the board meeting.  At SPECIAL-called meetings, public comment must relate to a posted agenda item. Please fill out all necessary information requested below.  A sign-up form may also be found and submitted through the Superintendent’s office. 

At regularly scheduled meetings, your public comment does not have to coincide with an agenda item.
